Liches are more in their own category, but there were magical people about once. Not anymore, they're very close to extinct. Some humans are part magical though. The guy with the antlers is one of them. But antlers aside he's basically human.
But yeah, magical people aren't likely to be seen walking down the street or anything.
That was originally the case! But when I did some worldbuilding a couple of years ago, I realised he resembled other human hybrids so I decided to roll with it.

Once I stayed in a Marriott atrium-style hotel. Sort of your "affordable luxury" type of place.
The locker room for the gym and pool had "waterless" urinals, which were supposed to not smell, nor become stained through repeated use.
