Hahaha, yeah, I guess it is a bit like that! X3
Oh, it's not actually these people Nate's supposed to be going with, it's someone else. His mum did organise stuff behind his back, but right now they're both under the impression the trip will be for a few hours to start with. 0w0
Have I mentioned I love Nate? I love Nate. I particularly adore his facial expressions; you've really got a knack for them! And Nate poking his head out to look at the strangers, coupled with Sebastian's LOOK and Nate's reaction to that look, just... oh man, it made my day.
Beautiful page, Jams. I can't wait to see what happens next.
So I tried out that one panel that was bugging me to see if I could improve it and admittedly, it is a very challenging angle.
One reason I think it came out strange was because of how the arms were. The pose didn't the feel the most natural and certainly wasn't easy to draw.
I tried turning this sketch into a character but it just didn't work. It is a really difficult angle.
Thank you for the help, I'll admit, I do need practice with angles like that, hahaha. I think you're right, the arms are one of the biggest problems. I'll bear that in mind for the future.
Ah well. Better than selling fish for the rest of your young life!
