So hey, I want to use today's update as an excuse to advertise some stuff!
Tales of The Tides is a host site for a bunch of short stories (and in the future, minicomics too) set in the world of Beyond and Silk and Sword. Right now one's complete, and one is being worked on. So if you're interested in Blue finlay's backstory or the backstories of some of the S&S characters, give it a look. :3
Silk and Sword is currently still being rebooted, but progress is coming along slow and steady. It will be back!
I also have another comic called The Rose Thief, which isn't related to any of this, but it's a fun little retelling/mixed up version of Beauty and The Beast. Maybe check it out if that sounds cool!
First to comment on this page, and your advertising is completely wasted on me because I've already seen all this...
Captain is being strangely snoopy about Sebastian's thoughts, especially considering that he himself likes to keep quiet about his private stuff. And strangely familiar, too. Hm. Don't like this. Sebastian should only open up when and to whom he wants. I seem to recall that he doesn't have quite so cold eyes when talking to Nate.
Funny because I think they had plenty of chances to get rid of each other. The Captain needs Sebastian for now though. Even if I am not sure how much of that is because he would like somebody to actually go up against him.
Maybe not plenty of chances but the Captain was asleep drunk at least once and Sebastian could have just stabbed him right there. Not the best idea anyway.
Yep, Seb's a lot better off with The Captain in charge, and he knows it. If it wasn't for him, it'd be both Seb and Nate getting that beatdown more likely than not, and Seb doesn't have super healing...

I'll say this, The Captain has a very different idea of how well they're getting along than Seb does. And thaaaaat is true.
