Wow. That must be quite a blow, to a guy that wants to be hositle to Seb...actually kindness. :D
That reminded me- I have a friend who is pretty, emotionally sensitive.
He once got mad at some kids at school, + decided to write down ALL of the times someone mistreated him, or insulted him, in his life.
(I think he was maybe 12, or 16, at this time.)
After writing down pages and pages of unhappy events, he said- "I couldn't STAND it, after awhile, so I just threw those piles of papers away."
"Hanging on to all of that anger, on paper or whatever., just became too emotionally unhappy for me to keep."
